District Sales Managers

Our current opening concentrates on candidates living in Ohio or Michigan. Ideal candidates possess a passion for winning, the ability to generate value propositions and the ability to effectively motivate a distribution network and manage multiple client relationships to achieve a high close rate on quotations. Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years proven success in Storage Solution sales
  • Previous experience with distribution channel management
  • CRM proficiency, knowledge of drawing software is a plus
  • Travel required, estimated at 60%

Manufacturing Engineer

Ideal candidates will be highly disciplined, motivated, have a positive outlook and work ethic and the ability to work independently in an extremely fast paced environment. Required qualifications include:

  • A minimum of an Associates Degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years manufacturing experience, preferably in a sheet metal environment
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Solidworks 2014
  • Working knowledge of bills of materials and process sheets

Associate Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is the primary technical resource for the field sales force when delivering product design and engineering services. This is the ideal entry level position for recent graduates! Candidates should be highly disciplined, motivated, have a positive outlook and work ethic and the ability to work independently in an extremely fast paced environment. Required qualifications include:

  • Associates degree or equivalent business experience
  • AutoCAD, SolidWorks experience
  • Ability to combine technical knowledge of product w/ strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with complex, custom design systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Storage Equipment Installers

Installers work on site at customer locations, installing Equipto product. This is a fast paced environment. Long hours and overnight travel is frequently required, as well as occasional weekend work. Adherence to job completion deadlines is critical. Required qualifications include:

  • Experience with basic power tools and measuring tools
  • Basic math skills and ability to read blue prints
  • Personal transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Previous installation experience is a plus

This position requires access to Military and Security sensitive sites regularly. As a result, Employees must pass regular background checks and drug screens as initiated by customers in order to obtain site access.

Production Positions

Welder

JOB DUTIES:

  • Arrange Material and Material Handling Equipment
  • Determine Safety Requirements for job
  • Make sure all safety equipment is used and safety rules are followed
  • Maintain Housekeeping in work area
  • Align parts either visually or with fixtures, weld parts together, put finished parts in/on material handling equipment.
  • Dress welding tips
  • Tag finished loads
  • Move material out of cell
  • Inspect and clean fixtures
  • Report production

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic math skills and use of basic measuring tools
  • Knowledge of Safety and Quality Requirements
  • Trained in Lock out Tag out as an affected Employee
  • Basic Blueprint reading
  • Knowledge of how fixtures are used
  • Able to lift 50lbs and push 1000lbs on cart
  • Guideline for production reporting
  • Knowledge of when and how to dress spot welding tips
  • Use of hand jack
  • Eye/Hand/Foot Coordination

2nd Shift Laser

JOB DUTIES:

  • Set-up & operate laser machine to cut parts from sheet metal
  • Identify correct material/ CNC programs/ and maintain Work Orders
  • Remove finished product and inspect for defects, tag products, move to new
  • Perform daily/ weekly preventative maintenance and housekeeping of machine and area
  • Operate forklift to move materials

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess good computer skills
  • Basic math skills and use of measuring tools & calipers
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Safety and Quality Requirements
  • Able to lift/move 100 lbs
  • Able to push/slide 200 lbs
  • Dexterity and hand/eye coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work

2nd Shift Machine Operators

AUTOMATIC PUNCH PRESS DUTIES:

  • Set-up & operate automatic machine to punch parts from sheet metal
  • Identify correct material/ CNC programs/ and maintain Work Orders
  • Remove finished product and inspect for defects, tag products, move to new
  • Perform daily/ weekly preventative maintenance and housekeeping of machine and area

CNC PUNCH PRESS JOB DUTIES:

  • Set-up & operate CNC punch press
  • Run jobs on machine from dispatch list
  • Complete, scan and track Work Orders
  • Stack, organize and send parts to next station as applicable
  • Maintain tooling by keeping it clean, sharp and organized
  • Keep work area clean and organized

CNC BREAK PRESS JOB DUTIES:

  • Set-up, program and operate a CNC brake press
  • Use daily dispatch list to Identify jobs to run and maintain Work Orders
  • Remove and inspect finished product, tag products, move to new location
  • Perform daily/ weekly preventative maintenance and housekeeping of machine and area
  • Operate forklift to move materials

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Safety conscious
  • Possess good computer skills and basic math skills
  • Capable of reading Blueprints and use of measuring tools & calipers
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Safety and Quality Requirements
  • Able to lift/move 100 lbs and push/slide 200 lbs
  • Dexterity and hand/eye coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
